Wesley :: 7 Months | St, Louis, MO Children's and Baby Photography

     Remember the charming Mr. Wesley? He's 7 months old now {which I can hardly believe!!} and still as handsome as ever! We got together a few weeks ago to capture him in all of his steal-your-heart sweetness and it was so so fun! Plus, we got to test out a new home studio set-up! What do you think??

And you know we had to take advantage of the warm weather + it gave us the chance to capture his cute little chubby self! I love me some baby chub. :)

Springfield, MO and St. Louis, MO Senior Photography :: Jordan

     A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of taking Jordan's senior pictures. Jordan is a great guy... I know because he happens to be dating my little sister! He's crazy tall, super funny, and multi-talented. We actually wound up having to take his photos on two different days because our first session ended abruptly with a tornado warning!

   Jordan will be attending MSU in the fall on a football scholarship, and I love these photos we took of him in his high school jersey. Football is one of many things he excels at and I think these photos are a perfect glimpse into that part of his story.

Congrats, Jordan, on graduating high school!! Can't wait to see where your journey takes you!

Newly Born :: Aiden - St. Louis, MO. Newborn Photographer

  At 10 days new, little Aiden was just as sweet as they come. His perfectly fair skin and darling pouty lips sure make for a handsome little guy! 

How cute is this tie onesie and newsboy hat?? Makes him look like a little man already!

And I'm kind of obsessed with these feature shots. There's something so magical and special about teeny tiny baby bits. :)

Aiden's Mom and Dad are huge Harry Potter fans, so of course, we had to get some shots of their little "Wizard in Training!"

Springfield, MO Engagement and Wedding Photographer :: Mandy + Kris

     One of the things I love most about photography is getting to meet new people. It's always such an honor to be invited into their homes, their love, their once-in-a-lifetime moments. I love being able to step into their story and capture their lives, just as they are right now. Most sessions, we enter as strangers, but leave more like friends. Perhaps more special than that though is being able to capture moments like that for my dear friends. 

     Meet Amanda, {or Mandy as I've always known her!}, and her fiance, Kris. Mandy and I have known each other for over 20 years, sharing countless moments and memories together. Late night sleepovers, endless girl talk, proms, church camp, choir trips, double dates, concerts, the list goes on. Mandy, her sister, and I were besties for years and even had our own "girl band" back in the day! ;-)  And now, I am incredibly honored to be a part of this chapter of her life!

On Mandy and Kris' big day, I will be standing by her side, as a bridesmaid, not a photographer, but was thrilled to have the chance to capture their love for each other in their engagement session! And don't worry, you'll still get the behind the scenes look at their wedding day since my hubby, the other half of Kairos Photography, will be capturing everything!!
